Recount Zikr-ul-LLAH – LA ILAHA ILLALLAH MU'HAMMADUR RASOOLALLAH, SallALLAHU 'Alayhi wa Sallam – multiple times;
Recount any Durood-e-Pak multiple times;
Make An expectation for the reason say this "Ya ALLAH Ya Shafi, if it's not too much trouble fix me of this ailment and concede me great wellbeing", "Ya ALLAH Ya Mumeetu Please crush and kill all the underhanded impacts and fiendishness plots of sahir and jinns on me and allow be great wellbeing" for which you would do this dua/wird/amal. Discuss "Dua E Isme Illahi" (composed below)– 3, 7, 11 or multiple times or more;
After this recount the underneath 1 to 6 "Ism-e-Ilahi":
Ya ALLAHU YA BARRU (The Source of All-Goodness) and
Ya ALLAHU Ya MATEENU (O The Firm One) and
Ya ALLAHU QUDDOOSU (The Most Holy) and
Ya ALLAHU Ya MUQALLIBAL QULOOBI WAL ABSAAR (O The Transformer of hearts and eyes) and
Ya ALLAHU Ya WALIYAL HASANAT (Oh He who supports beneficial things!) and
Ya ALLAHU YA QUDDOOSU YA NOORU (O The Most Holy, O the Light).
Subsequent to recounting the above Ism-e-Ilahi in the most ideal way, consistently and over and over till you get worn out/depleted.
Recount any Durood Shareef - multiple times;
At that point blow on some purged water or sweet or sustenance;
